Today, Park Square Homes is proudly led by Vishaal Gupta, son of Suresh Gupta, representing three generations of superb family leadership and values. Armed with sound market knowledge and strategic vision, Park Square Homes has constructed thousands of homes throughout the state and is ranked as one of the top 100 builders in the nation by Builder Magazine. Our team is a family—some of us by blood, but all of us by a shared purpose of excellence for our homeowners. We pride ourselves on delivering dreams and create magical memories, one home, one family at a time.
Built for Generations celebrates not only the multiple generations working side by side within Park Square Homes, but the lasting foundation we help create for our 15,000+ homeowners across the state of Florida — a place where dreams are built, memories are made, and legacies are passed on. As a homebuilder and developer building homes since 1984, our team is united by a shared purpose to deliver dreams and magical memories for our homeowners.
Florida isn't just a place where we build homes, it's the place we call home, and have for over 40 years. This is why we proudly support local charities and outreach organizations that help improve our community. It's our way of giving back to the place that has given us so much.
