Park Square Homes unveils new townhomes at Ambergate in Apopka

ORLANDO, Fla. – Park Square Homes has opened a model center showcasing the company’s new series of townhomes at Ambergate in Apopka.

Laura Johnston, vice president of marketing at Park Square Homes, said the four new designer furnished townhome models each feature three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and one- or two-car garages. A total of five home designs are available offering living areas ranging from 1,522 to 1,737 square feet. Two of the home designs offer an option to convert the second-floor loft into a fourth bedroom.

The public is invited to tour the new townhomes at a grand opening event at the Ambergate community on Saturday, July 8, 2017. The event will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and will feature complimentary lunch and entertainment.

Ambergate townhomes start at $192,990.

When completed the Ambergate community will feature 144 townhomes. The community is located on 1051 Sheeler Avenue in Apopka, and offers convenient access to shopping and SR 429 and SR 441.
