ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 20, 2017) – Park Square Homes, one of Central Florida’s premier residential and vacation homebuilders, ranked number one on Orlando Business Journal’s list of largest minority-owned businesses in Central Florida. Park Square’s ranking is a result of being more than 51 percent minority-owned, as well as having the highest 2016 revenue of 28 other minority-owned, Central Florida companies.

“We are so honored to have not only been a part of this ranking, but to have placed first among so many successful Central Florida businesses,” said Vishal Gupta, Executive Vice President of Park Square Homes.

Park Square Homes began as a family-owned business in 1984. The company was started in order to meet the growing demand for quality housing in Central Florida, and has since become one of the largest and most respected independent residential and resort developed and homebuilding companies in Orlando. Today, the company remains family-owned and operated by three generations of passionate homebuilders.

“We at Park Square Homes understand the importance of family more than most, and it certainly shows in our homes,” said Gupta.

Park Square Homes attributes much of its success to its innovative designs, superior construction, commitment to homeowner satisfaction, and ultimately, to having kept family at the heart of the company.
