Our floorwalk of the new Destin model was beautiful! Florida has been quite hot, but with all the windows and doors open we had a fantastic breeze cooling us down. We walked through with our Construction Superintendent, Kevin, and things are looking great before the drywall stage. We also learned from our New Home Consultant in the field that the Destin has been the fastest selling floorplan since it’s release!
Our Veranda Palms opening was a success! We had a large group of Realtors and interested homeowners walk through our models (the Coral Key is shown above) and join us for a great lunch catered by CRAVE Restaurant by Millenia – their chocolate chip bars were delicious!
We are very happy to welcome a few new families to our community of Waters Edge at Lake Nona this past week, including the Westermeyers! We also want to give a big shout out to Christy, who’s been doing a great job taking care of new home owners from walk-in to move-in! Welcome!
