1. Let’s Celebrate
Congratulations on saying yes to the address! Let’s get a picture! Share or tag Park Square Homes on social media! We love to celebrate happy homebuyers on this special occasion.
2. Meet Your Mortgage Loan Officer
It is time to finalize your mortgage application with our in-house lender, PSH Mortgage. Your loan officer will send you a link to upload documents which may include identification, paystubs, bank statements, and/or tax statements. Your 30-day financing contingency is an important threshold, and we look forward to receiving your conditional approval within that time frame. Be sure to make note of your due dates for any remaining deposits.
3. Access Homeowners Hub
After your contract has been processed, you will receive an email invitation with a username and password for your personal Homeowners Hub desktop or mobile portal.
The Homeowners Hub is where your New Home Counselor will post weekly updates on your home’s progress along with photos of anything new that week. The platform also contains a library of information including contracts, HOA documents, and homeowner's manuals.

4. Meet Your Builder
Your New Home Counselor will introduce you to your new home Builder. You will receive weekly phone calls from this team on the building process, status of construction, and to answer any questions.
5. Meet Your Designer
For homeowners who are building with us from the ground up, you will have a personal design consultant appointment in the Park Square Homes Design Studio. Here you will select and finalize the design features for your new home.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting
Prior to construction beginning on your new home, your New Home Counselor will schedule a pre-construction meeting with ou and your Builder in the community sales center. This appointment usually takes 30-60 minutes. You will review your selected new homesite, floorplan, elevation, color selection sheet, expectations during the building process, and answer any questions you may have.
7. See Your Home Come to Life
You are welcome to come and visit home's progress at any time. This is an active construction site so we all must follow important safety procedures. Please contact your New Home Counselor to coordinate your visit so a representative can accompany you onsite.
8. Your Home Walk Through
For homeowners who are building with us from the ground up, you will meet your Builder for a pre-drywall meeting where you will walk through the home to verify that all electrical, plumbing and structural options are accurate to your selected locations. You will also discuss the remaining phases of construction.
9. Your Thoughts
Your home is taking shape; the exterior walls are up, and interior wall framing is underway. You can expect to receive an email survey from Eliant Information Services to evaluate our team's performance to this point of your new home progress.
10. Get Ready to Close
30-45 days before your new home is ready, you will receive a letter from the Park Square Homes closing team that designates your official closing date and New Home Presentation walk through. Now is also the time to update your mortgage application with Park Square Home Mortgage and prepare your wire transfer for closing.
11. Your New Home Presentation
At this point, your home has gone through a multi-step quality assurance process with your Builder, our Construction and Customer Care teams. You will now have an opportunity to walk your home during the New Home Presentation with your Customer Care Technician. They will demonstrate the features of your home, provide maintenance guides, and explain your warranty and service request process through the Homeowners Hub. Any items that may need to be addressed prior to closing or be added to the warranty list will be documented and signed during this time.
12. Prepare Your Move
You are approaching the finish line! You will receive your initial closing disclosure at least three days prior to closing for review. You may now activate your utilities and internet accounts, as well as schedule the SMART Home orientation appointment.
13. Keys to Your Future
It is time to take ownership of your brand-new Park Square home! You will meet with your Customer Care Technician again on the day of closing to confirm your new home is ready for you. Then you will visit Park Square Homes Title to close. Please expect the closing process to take approximately 2 hours with Park Square Homes Title. Refer to the closing checklist to ensure that you have completed all necessary tasks and have all the required items for closing.
14. Welcome Home!
We are still here for you after closing. Refer to your Homeowner’s Guide for maintenance tips. If you have any issues with your home that are covered by your warranty, please login to the Homeowners Hub to submit a service request.
